How do I get started?
Open PingBot in Telegram, press Start, and add your first website. No separate account or server installation needed. Only monitor public services you own or have permission to check.
How quickly will I hear about an outage?
When a scheduled check detects a failure. Free checks run every 5 minutes; Pro supports intervals from 1 minute. Request duration and queue load may add delay. Short outages between checks can be missed.
How does the Pro subscription work?
Pro costs 99 Telegram Stars every 30 days and renews automatically with sufficient Stars in your balance. Cancel renewal using /subscription in the bot; access stays active through your paid period. If Pro expires, extra monitors stay saved but paused, and active checks return to Free intervals. For billing help, use /paysupport.
